Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  1. Once lentils are cooked add pumpkin and spices.
  2. Let cool a bit.
  3. Blend all ingredients together.
  4. Serve over rice with ghee and more spices to taste.
