Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
Directions
- Once lentils are cooked add pumpkin and spices.
- Let cool a bit.
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Serve over rice with ghee and more spices to taste.
