Parent Agreement & Policies

A warm, clear agreement for families joining Kellie at the table.

Before participating in any Kellie’s Table service, a parent or legal guardian should review and agree to the policies below. These policies help keep each child safe, supported, and prepared.

General Policies

Parent / Guardian Consent

By enrolling a child in Kellie’s Table, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have permission to register the child and make decisions regarding the child’s participation.

Payment, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Payment is required to reserve a spot. Because class sizes are limited, cancellations and missed sessions may not be refundable once a spot has been reserved. If a child is unable to attend, please contact Kellie as soon as possible.

Illness Policy

Please keep your child home if they are sick, feverish, or showing symptoms that could affect other students. Kellie’s Table may ask that a child not participate if they appear unwell.

Behavior & Safety Expectations

Students are expected to listen, follow instructions, treat others kindly, and participate safely. If a child’s behavior creates a safety concern or disrupts the class, a parent may be contacted.

Photo & Media Permission

Kellie’s Table may occasionally take photos of activities, projects, or class moments. Parent permission is collected separately on the agreement form before a child’s photo is used publicly.

Kitchen Table

Kitchen Safety

Kitchen Table classes may involve age-appropriate use of kitchen tools, appliances, heat, utensils, and food preparation. Possible risks include minor cuts, burns, spills, slips, allergic reactions, or other kitchen-related incidents. Students are expected to follow all safety instructions.

Food Allergies & Restrictions

Parents are responsible for disclosing all allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or other concerns before class. Kellie’s Table will make reasonable efforts to be mindful of disclosed allergies and restrictions, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Children must be dropped off and picked up on time by a parent, guardian, or approved adult. Parents should provide current emergency contact information.

Reading Table

Educational Support

Reading Table services are designed to support reading growth, confidence, and practice. While Kellie’s Table works to encourage progress, no specific academic result, test score, or grade improvement is guaranteed.

Parent Communication

Parents are encouraged to share helpful information about the child’s reading level, goals, challenges, and school expectations.

Art Table

Art Supplies & Materials

Art Table activities may involve paint, markers, glue, scissors, paper, craft materials, and other age-appropriate supplies. Some materials may stain clothing or surfaces, so students should wear clothing suitable for art activities.

Sensitivities & Allergies

Parents should disclose any known sensitivities, allergies, or concerns related to art materials, scents, textures, or supplies.

Keepsake Photo Books

Photo Ownership & Permission

The client confirms that they have the right to share and use all photos submitted to Kellie’s Table for the purpose of creating the requested photo book.

Design, Review & Printing

Kellie’s Table may crop, adjust, arrange, or edit photos as part of the design process. Final printed colors, cropping, and trim may vary slightly from digital previews. Once a photo book has been approved and ordered, refunds or changes may be limited.

Privacy

Family photos and personal materials will be handled with care and will not be shared publicly without permission.
