Carrot Dal

Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-3 cups of carrots
- 1 ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
Directions
- Chop carrots and cook until soft.
- Add raw garlic towards the end of cooking the carrots.
- Once lentils are cooked, add in the carrots and spices.
- Blend.
- Serve over rice with ghee and spices to taste.
