Baseball Highlights: 2045 by Mike Fitzgerald

I am not a fan of baseball, yet BBH2045 recreates an entire season of baseball that puts me on the edge of my seat. Tension builds as you threaten hits and runs, make defensive plays, draft new players to your team, and attempt to outmaneuver your opponent into a winning position. Mike Fitzgerald knocked it out of the park with this game.

Friday

Friday by Friedemann Friese

| Rating: 4/5

Robinson Crusoe, a classic tale of survival. In Friday you take on the role of Robinson on a deserted island. The game immediately throws you into a state of fight or flight. Each encounter you must weigh the cost of finding food, weapons, and tools vs becoming old, hungry, weak, and stupid. If you choose to flee, you must still face the same encounter later and the threat may even be higher.
